Yapı ağırlıklı olarak depo/üretim alanı ve bu alanın yönetiminin gerçekleştirileceği bir ofis alanından oluşmaktadır. 9000m2‘lik üretim alanı 3 hole ayrılmış olup iki katlı olarak tasarlanmıştır. Toplamda 18 metre kat yüksekliğine sahip olan yapının ofis bloğu 1400 m2 olup, 3 kattan oluşmaktadır. Fonksi­yonlar sade bir mimari ile mekansallaştırılmıştır.
