3000m²’ilk arazi içerisinde bodrum, zemin ve birinci kattan oluşan konut yapısı Fransa’nın Strasbourg şehrinde yer almaktadır. Zemin katta bahçeye açılan salon, otoparktan kiler bölümüne bağlantı sağlanan Amerikan tarzı mutfak ve özel giyinme odası bulunan ebeveyn yatak odası bulunmaktadır. Birinci katta üç yatak odası ve ortak banyo yer almaktadır. Bodrum ise hobi ve atölye alanı olarak kullanılacak şekilde tasarlanmış olup, bahçeye merdiven ile direkt ulaşım sağlanmaktadır.
